Indication: Used to treat comminuted distal humerus intra-articular or extra-articular fractures. Depending on the fracture configuration like T or Y type, the plates are shaped to be placed according to the anatomy of proximal humerus. The pre-formed shape of the plate requires that a separate plate to be used for right and left humerus. |
Screws to be used: Head of plate accepts diam. 6.5 mm cancellous screws. Plate shaft accepts diam. 4.5 mm cortical screws.
