Cobra Head Plate 4.5 mm

Indication: Used when an arthrodesis of the hip is to be performed. 6.5 mm cancellous screws are used through the proximal fixation holes into the femoral head. The plate is then secured to the femoral shaft with
4.5 mm cortical screws.

Screws to be used: Head of plate accept 6.5 mm cancellous screws. Plate shaft accepts 4.5 mm cortical screws. Cancellous screws are reco-mended for the head of the plate.

Plate details: The cobra head plates are manufactured from relatively thicker material than the other standard plates. Design and hardness of this plate allows secure fixation.
