Indication: Used as buttress plate for fibula, metatarsals, and metacarpals bones. Compression is applied by eccentric positioning of the screw against the side of the screw hole furthest from the fracture line. |
Screws to be used: Fixation with diam. 3.5 mm small cortical screws and diam. 4.0 mm small cancellous screws. Compression effect can be achieved by eccentric insertion of distal screws from the fracture.
