Proximal Humerus Plate 4.5 mm

Indication: The proximal humerus plates have been designed to be used for proximal humerus fractures. Particularly the shape of this plate permit a stable fixation of two part surgical neck fracture. Head of plate with left and right variation allow anatomic reduction and alternative screw placement.

Screws to be used: Head of plate accept 6.5 mm cancellous screws. Plate shaft accepts 4.5 mm cortical screws.

Plate details: Plate profile 3.0 mm x
17.0 mm. Anatomical shaping pre-contoured for left and right variations. Also eleminates manual contouring, simplifying and reducing opperative time and reduces the incidence of bending stress patterns and subsequent weaknesses in plate.
